Starting as low as $20 for an 8x10 portrait, we offer pricing that should fit any budget. Our most popular option is our digital download packaged where families typically have access to those digital photos in less than 24 hours after they complete purchase. Each family will also be given access to a coupon code at the beginning of each sale and free shipping options- when we host picture day, families are getting professional images at an incredible value! Teachers and school administrators will have additional discounts on top of the above options!
Communication
We send clear and concise emails to parents to let them know what to expect for picture day, share coupon codes, and let them know when pictures are ready so you don’t have to!
We also share what their picture day will look like with a specialty “What to Wear" guide complete with links for easy ordering. Parents love the ease of knowing exact items to coordinate with each season’s set.

FAQ
Do parents need to prepay for photos? Absolutely not! That would be stressful! We send a fully edited gallery to each family to then make decisions on what photos or products are most important for their families. Parents may share their gallery with extended family members all over the country and let them pick their own photos, as well!
How long will it take for pictures to be ready? Your photos will be available in an online gallery within one week of Picture Day.
Will Picture Day require extra work for me or my staff? Not at all! We handle the communication with parents and manage all sales through the online gallery. You’ll also receive a “Picture Day Helper” nametag for a staff member to help us guide students to the photographer’s station. We respect your time, keeping everything smooth and efficient so teachers can focus on teaching.
How long will Picture Day take? The time needed depends on your school’s schedule and student age. We aim for 1-2 minutes per student, with extra time for younger students to feel comfortable. Our photographers are patient, ensuring every child gets the attention they need without rushing.
Do you sell digital downloads? It is one of our most popular products! Most of the time, once purchased, the link to access their digital files comes within an hour right to the customer!
How much space does the photographer need? We often work in an empty classroom, but have been known to make a large hallway work! We can work with the space you have available and schedule an indoor or an outdoor shoot to meet your schools specific needs.
How to do I secure a spot of picture day? It’s literally as simple as clicking the link below, filling out the prompts and then picking a date! We are ready and waiting to partner with you for Picture Day!
What is the wait time for orders to be delivered? We have partnered with a Charlotte, NC based professional printer for as long as we have been in business. This makes orders arrive within a week of either the date purchased when shipping directly or a week of deadline for frees shipping offer.
Can we use this as a fundraiser? We would love for you to! We work with schools to see what benefits your school community best and love giving back to our local schools.
